OUR HISTORY
  • Vernon L. Goedecke Company was established in 1947 by Vernon L. Goedecke
  • Goedecke originally rented Universal Ezebilt Scaffolding
  • In 1950, Vernon and his wife Marie purchased our present property in St. Louis, MO
  • In 1951, Goedecke started distributing Symons Forms and Accessories. Soon after becoming a leader in the Midwest for Steel-Ply Forms
  • In August, 1986 Ron Peterson purchased the company and Goedecke soon opened new branches in Missouri, Kansas & Indiana
  • In Spring, 1991 Goedecke purchased M.F.G. Corporation which added manufacturers such as Dow Corning, C.I.M., ProSoCo, and Vulkem
  • Today Goedecke has locations in; St. Louis, MO, Columbia, MO, Springfield, MO, Kansas City, KS, Decatur, IL, Fairview Heights, IL & Evansville, IN

Goedecke has been the resource for customers since 1951 for Symons forming & shoring systems, scaffolding, system scaffolding & tilt-up equipment. Goedecke has a vast rental fleet of forming, shoring and scaffolding systems. Many projects have been successfully built with these systems: the tunnel under the Gateway Arch, Metro-Link, and Busch Stadium (old & new)

Goedecke has the best construction equipment available at one place. From Allen Concrete Equipment, Multiquip, EZ Grout Masonry Equipment, HEK, Alimak, Champion Elevators, Sky Climber Stages, Gradall Fork Lifts,Terex Cranes, Soff-Cut, Target, Partner, Stihl and much more. Goedecke will also service all equipment rented or sold and erect all types of access equipment from all six locations.

Goedecke has a Design Department dedicated to Concrete Forming, Shoring & Scaffolding to ensure your project is more efficient form conception to completion.

Goedecke designs, erects and dismantles scaffolding, shoring & access equipment for commercial or industrial applications.
